Her innocence...

A drop of blood,
Made her a woman,
A world within a world she was so blissfully ignorant of,
It brought about this magic spell of femininity,
The world and its raging eyes knew, but her eyes were still closed to the beauty and the beast that was ahead of her...

A dash of estrogen,
Was all it took,
For milestones and minutes,
To bring her closer to the womanhood she craved,
But did she really?...

The ticking clock began for her body,
For so it seemed,
Her clockwork did not want orange,
Her world was craving the colour of innocence,
That seemed to fly away just with a drop of blood...

Her world was lost,
Stuck in between the wide open skies,
The deep blue sea,
With the devil lurking in the corner,
With his cursed eyes...

The monster,
Of the corner,
That bastard,
The one that the light, the dark, nature refuses to nurture,
It is him who drinks the blood of innocents, trying to slay them for he needs flesh..

The monster started to decompose before he was one with the mud,
The monster decays within or without,
The monster tears apples away from their roots,
Spreading his ugly shadow which can make young crops wilt with his darkness near him...

The monster yearned war,
The monster yearned pillage,
The monster not just looted and burned every village in his way,
The monster left his rot with every footstep he took...

The monster killed her innocence the minute he laid his ice cold fingers on her chest,
The chest that bore love, peace and innocence,
The chest like bore colors, sound and light,
The monster wanted to kill her,
If only he knew he was dealing with a phoenix..

The phoenix does not rise only when the sun shines,
The phoenix rises when she regains strength,
The phoenix rises when her heart is open to war and peace,
The fire didn't burn her,
The fire was her womb outside the womb...

The fire was her friend in disguise,
The fire was the light in the blackest of nights,
What makes her a woman is not her hourglass,
Is not her love,
It is the fact that she is best friends with her demons and the fire they bask in...
